Our Origin Story
How We Got Here
(And Why It Matters)
It started with a conversation over coffee. Two women, tired of watching brilliant friends stay stuck in the space between dreaming and doing.
We'd seen too many women:
Buying course after course but never launching
Shrinking in boardrooms designed by and for men
Apologizing for their ambitions
Going it alone because they couldn't find their people
We decided to stop complaining and start creating.
Not another program. Not another mastermind. Something entirely different.
A place where women could come as they are - messy, uncertain, wildly ambitious - and be met with fierce love and practical wisdom.
Meet Your Gentle Rebels
Ati Williams- the Firestarter
I've spent [X] years in the business world watching brilliant women play small. I've seen corporate cultures that celebrate the loudest voice in the room while the wisest insights come from the woman taking notes in the corner.
I believe business can be different. Softer and stronger. Profitable and purposeful. Built on connection instead of competition.
My superpower? Seeing the leader in you before you see her yourself. And then creating the conditions for her to emerge.
I'm a mom, a dreamer, a recovering perfectionist, and a firm believer that the world needs what you're here to build.
Carmen Miceli- the Heartkeeper
Carmen is the woman who makes you feel at home the moment you walk through her door. As an educator by trade and a natural community builder by nature, she understands that learning happens best when you feel safe to be yourself.
She's the one who remembers your coffee order, checks in when you're quiet, and celebrates your wins like they're her own.
Carmen believes that business should serve your life, not consume it. She's building her own interior design business while creating space for others to flourish.
She's a teacher, a host, a fierce friend, and living proof that you can build something beautiful without burning yourself out.

What We're Really Building Here
We're building the room we needed when we were starting out.
The room where:
Your questions are welcomed, not judged
Your pace is honored, not hurried
Your dreams are treated as sacred, not silly
Your whole life matters, not just your profit margins
We believe business should make you more yourself, not less. That success looks different for everyone. That rising together is better than climbing alone.
This is our love letter to the woman who's ready to stop waiting for permission to want what she wants.
